SHIPPING POLICY
* All domestic orders will ship within two business days, free of charge, Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.
Domestic orders are defined as those addresses existing within the continental United States and do not include free shipping to Hawaii and Alaska.

International orders ship USPS Priority mail, delivery usually takes 2 to 6 weeks. Times will vary due to packages passing through customs.

The tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.

Back Orders
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

However, if you find that something does not meet your expectations, we are committed to doing our best to help you find a solution.

Due to the custom nature of our products, all items must be new and unused to be eligible for exchange or return. For more information regarding return-eligible items, please feel free to contact our B2 Fabrication, Inc. customer service within 30 days from the date of purchase.
